MULTI-GENERATIONAL SEGMENT OF WORSHIP SERVICE
The RE program will begin each Sunday in the Meeting House with a multi-generational segment of worship service. All youngsters participating in religious education classes are welcome to join us from10:00 am to 10:15 am to start off their Sunday morning with prayer, music, and reflection as an entire spiritual faith community. ALL ARE WELCOME!
ONE ROOM SCHOOLHOUSE: Martin Luther King, Jr.
This Sunday, a One Room Schoolhouse will offer a lesson and activities in honor of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Youngsters of every age are welcome to join us in the Parish House, this Sunday from 10:20am to 11:00am to celebrate the memory and life of this great social justice leader.
CLOSING WORSHIP CIRCLE
All youngsters participating in the RE program this Sunday will gather in the Atkinson room for closing worship circle at the conclusion of their RE classes. From 11:00 am to 11:15 am, children and RE teachers will light the chalice, share their joys and concerns, and review the Unitarian Universalist principles. Once our worship circle has concluded, children will be dismissed into coffee hour to meet up with their parents/guardians. As always, all are welcome.
REMINDER
For the past several months, our faith community has been saving our financial contributions for this year’s Guest at Your Table (GAYT) initiative. All children and families are reminded to bring their GAYT donation boxes to church this Sunday.
